Rehda Institute is delighted to share with you that we are currently having collaboration with Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) for a Master’s Degree Programme; Master of Real Estate Development (MRED).
MRED programme is the Institute’s aspiration that will accelerate skills and knowledge empowerment amongst the industry’s personnel to ensure adequate talent pool and industry managers. Emphasizes on applied knowledge and skills versus theoretical and academic learning, this programme is designed for the industry with extensive input from REHDA Institute and industry experts to ensure ample applied industry insights.
For your kind information, the next MRED’s intake will take place in September 2022. The details of the programme as below:

2020 (Two Intakes) – January and May
2021 onwards (Two Intakes) – May and September
(admission is open throughout the year)

SALIENT FEATURES :
• Guest lecturers or guest speakers from the industry
• Compulsory to attend at least three (3) seminars related to property
• 12 weeks of learning (face to face)
• Research project based on real case problem solving
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE :
The programme comprises of a coursework component
(8 core courses & 2 electives) and a project.
WHO SHOULD ENROL :
Graduates of Architecture, Building and Property Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Land Surveying, Quantity Surveying, industry players and industry stakeholders who wish to upgrade their qualifications and to obtain further knowledge.
MAIN GOALS
• To provide industry executives, managers and stakeholders to substantial exposure related to the real estate and property developments
• To improve productivity, innovate new ideas towards achieving the highest standards of professionalism and advance best practices for the industry
